The Asian Palate
Eddie Sandoval is proud to share his passion for food and a vision of an Asian Bistro to Buena Vista. His aim is to work closely with community outreach efforts and avidly supports the arts. He has a deep connection to the Arkansas River and the surrounding 14,000 ft Collegiate Peak mountains.
The Lariat Bar & Grill
Located on the edge of the Continental Divide in historic downtown Buena Vista, Colorado, we offer cold beer, hot food and warm smiles. It’s like traveling back to the mining days of the late 19th century. Built in 1885, the Lariat Bar features hardwood floors, tin ceilings and extensive exposed brick walls.

Located at the base of the Super Bee lift in the East Village and open for lunch and dinner daily, JJ’s offers a variety of flavors from pizza and pasta to steaks and seafood. They also have happy hour with live music starting at 3 pm.
Incline Bar and Grill
Incline offers a wide range of options from burgers and sandwiches to steak and seafood. Additionally, they more than 20 beers on tap. Open for lunch, happy hour, and dinner, the restaurant is located in the heart of Center Village just steps from the lifts.
