1. Eddyline Restaurant and Brewery: Best Beer and Pizza

Eddyline has great pizza and delicious beer. What else could you want? You can slide up to the bar and have a quick drink, while catching up on sports or talking to friends. The entire building is friendly and covered in rafting/ Arkansas River art that is painted in bold, bright colors.  Try the Royal Gorge pizza with a boater beer pilsner for a special treat! The tacos aren’t bad either.

2. Buena Vista Roastery: Best Coffee

BV Roastery is a bustling coffee shop with friendly servers and great coffee on Main Street in BV. You can sit and catch up on work or computer time there or catch up with a friend. You can even watch the baker in action! It is also super convenient to grab a quick coffee and pastry on your way to all the adventures the Arkansas Valley holds. 3. Jan’s Family Restaurant and Lounge: Best Breakfast

Look no further for diner breakfast in BV! The food here is greasy diner style and I love it. Biscuits and Gravy, Huevos, you name it, it’s delicious!

4. K’s Dairy Delight: Best Summer Stop & Best Malt

Nothing beats K’s on a summer day after a long day of rafting and ziplining with us in Granite. You order from outside at this BV staple and the menu options are huge. There are hamburgers, corn dogs, ice cream delights and my personal favorite (and a dying food if you ask me), chocolate malts. All prices include tax so this is an affordable and delicious diner option!

5. El Paraiso Family Mexican Restaurant: Best Mexican

Last but not least, wonderful Mexican food at a great local restaurant. El Paraiso’s is a fun place with delicious margaritas and great queso! They also offer great fish dishes and will even give you a sombrero if you want one.
