Each year, Boulder, Colorado hosts the very exciting and highly attended Bands on the Bricks. This annual concert series will run from June 11, 2014 to August 13, 2014. Encompassing all different genres of music, Bands on the Bricks is a great evening activity for a couple, group or family! Itchin’ to get yer good ol’ fill of the excitement cowboys and cowgirls can provide? Well, look no further! The Estes Park Rooftop Rodeo has just what the doctor ordered. Offering audiences thrill filled rodeo events such as steer wrastlin’, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, bareback bronc riding, barrel racing and bull riding, this event is sure to be a crowd pleaser and gut buster! For the romantic at heart there will be the Queens Dance, for your group of friends or family a colorful parade and for your children a fun “muttin’ bustin” competition. For the avid athlete, let the Pearl Street Mile take you on a fun-filled walk or run through historic Boulder. Featuring a children’s race, as well as one for the rest of us, this is the perfect event to get the summer couch potato up and active! Culture Jam
Immerse yourself and your friends and family into one of Colorado’s favorite cultural events, the Culture Jam! Entering into its second year, the Culture Jam celebrates all of the “rich cultural diversity” in our state and communities. Sponsored by the Left Hand Brewing Company, this year three time grammy award winning artist, Ozomatli will be headlining the event with their unique and diverse style of music. The festival kicks off on June 21, 2014 and runs from 5pm – 10pm.
This is the second year that the Erie Brewfest will be in business! Featuring over 22 craft breweries as well as a number of food trucks, this state-fair esque event is sure to provide tons of fun. You or your group will be able to take your fill of deliciously crafted beer, a wide range of food choices and memories in will last forever. Taking place on July 5, 2014 from 12pm – 4pm, be sure to obtain tickets ahead of time, as everyone knows us Coloradans love their craft beer and this event is bound to sell out!
