Breckenridge Summer Beer Festival: Saturday, July 8th

The Breckenridge Summer Beer Fest features 50 breweries, many based in CO and many from afar. Locally available and award winning Broken Compass is a local favorite, and Breckenridge Brewery is located right on main street! Take in breathtaking views of the mountains and enjoy free live music while tasting your favorite types of beers, whether you are a fan of light beers, porters, IPA’s, or Stouts (or even all of the above!). Other local breweries present: Eddyline, Great Divide, Vail Brewing Co., Grimm Brothers, and many, many others.

Keystone Bluegrass and Beer Fest: August 5th and 6th

Experiencethe taste of the mountains with over 40 local breweries in attendance while dancing to mountain sounds of several bluegrass bands including the Peter Rowan Band and The Wooks. The mountain experience doesn’t get much more pure than this; live like mountain men and women under clear blue Colorado skies high up in the mountains. The Keystone resort offers some of the best mountain biking in the area, its trails renowned amongst enthusiasts and locals alike. No matter where you are staying in Summit county this is a must go.

Great American Beer Festival: October 5th-7th

City lovers rejoice, as one of the biggest beer themed events in the country takes place right in Denver. No need to drive out hours into the mountains to experience a taste of Colorado, this festival is one of the best the state has to offer, and certainly the biggest. With over 1,800 beers available, there is a flavor here for everyone, and beer connoisseurs will have their choice of over 400 of the nation’s top craft breweries. Truly a can’t miss experience for any fan of beer.

Leadville BBQ and Beer Fest: June 23rd

Come enjoy live music, barbeque from some of the nations best pit masters, and the fine taste of Colorado craft beers. Located in Leadville, known as Colorado’s highest town due to its location at 10,151 feet above sea level, the views are outstanding and unique even for a state as beautiful as ours. This will be the third year that this event is running, and it has grown significantly every year. Don’t miss out on Colorado’s next best thing!
