Granite Mountaintop Zipline Opens in 1 Month

Buena Vista Colorado Zipline Tour

The snow is melting and the weather is starting to warm up here at our Granite, Colorado rafting and zipline outpost! We are starting to get very excited for opening day on our Zipline course! In less than a month, we will be zipping through the trees on our high flying mountaintop zipline aventure!

granite outpost

Our course is located just steps from our outpost and will feature seven mountaintop lines that are built into the topography of the land. This means our course interacts with the natural surroundings of the mountains and offers incredible views of the Collegiate Peaks and the action-packed whitewater of the Arkansas River! New for 2014, our Granite mountaintop zipline course will feature lots of new elements to add to an already incredible experience.

swinging log bridge

For 2014, our course will feature a swinging log bridge as part of the course. This will challenge guests to make it across the teetering bridge to the next zipline. Follow the next zip with our hanging log staircase. This feature is similar to the bridge and offers an extra challenge for adventurers to test themselves as they move through the course. We will also be featuring a 40 foot tall freefall. This element will allow participants to jump of a cliff and experience a full-on free fall before coming to a soft and safe stop at the bottom of the jump. Another feature that will be starting in less than a month will be the dual race line. This is a double zipline that runs side by side and allows our adventurers to challenge their friends to a zipline race!

These new features are sure to create a new and incredible tour that must be experienced! May 2nd marks the start date for our first trips on our brand new course! The best way to experience our Granite, Colorado outpost is to check out one of our rafting and zipline packages. Run the entirety of our mountaintop course before taking on the famed Arkansas River!
